Most coronary-pulmonary artery fistulas are clinically and haemodynamically non-significant and they are usually found incidentally. We report a case of a woman admitted to our hospital for symptoms of myocardial ischemia in which MSCT allowed us to do the right diagnosis, with high-quality images and in a non-invasive way
