Tyrosine kinase inhibitors for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma in adults

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To assess the beneficial and harmful effects of tyrosine kinase inhibitors used alone or in combination with other therapies (i.e., best supportive care, chemotherapy, or other biological or immunomodulating drugs such as interferon-alpha) in people with advanced, unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (stage C according to Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer classification).
